The runtime is operated by us on your behalf. On termination: 30-day handoff window. We port the number, export the configuration, transfer account ownership.

Platform costs (telephony, voice minutes, LLM tokens, TTS, email infrastructure, document storage) are itemized at cost on every invoice. No markup on infrastructure.
